What this website collects

This website does not have accounts, and does not use advertising or tracking cookies. The only information it collects is what you choose to send in a booking request (below).

Booking online

When you use Book Online, we collect only what you enter: the service you're interested in, a preferred day and time, your first name, and your phone number and/or email. When you tap Send request, this is sent securely to Complete Support Services through our website provider, Novora Group, which stores the request so the practice can follow up and emails it to Complete Support Services right away. We use it only to contact you about your request. We don't sell it or use it for advertising.

Please don't include health details in the request form or in email. Your name and the best way to reach you is enough. We'll talk about the rest privately.

Email and phone

If you email or call us, we use your contact details only to respond to you and to schedule your care.

In a crisis

This website and our email are not monitored for emergencies. If you are in crisis, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline), or call 911.
